Mandatory Regulatory Notice:
CreditCore Ten is a financial analytics and credit underwriting decision-support software platform. CreditCore Ten is NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), registered credit rating agency, credit information bureau (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark), or licensed credit intermediary.
The platform accessible via creditcoreten.online is engineered exclusively as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool for loan distributors, financial analysts, chartered accountants, branch underwriters, and credit management teams.
CreditCore Ten does not solicit deposits, advance loans, issue credit cards, extend credit limits, act as a recovery agency, or make legally binding credit sanction or rejection decisions on behalf of any entity.
All calculations, assessments, eligibility ranges, and ratio matrices generated by CreditCore Ten—including Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio (FOIR), Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR), Average Monthly Balance (ABB), Loan-to-Value (LTV), and Bank Statement summaries—are mathematical simulations based solely on the data inputs provided by users.
Bank statement parsing, optical character recognition (OCR), and initial transaction categorization execute locally within the client browser using WebAssembly (WASM). Unsaved documents and temporary transaction records reside solely in volatile browser memory and are permanently purged when the browser tab is closed, unless explicitly persisted by an authorized user into an underwriting case.
Agent Asha and related machine intelligence features provide conversational decision-support, policy document explanations, and preliminary risk factor synthesis.
Outputs generated by AI systems represent automated heuristic analyses. They do not constitute certified auditing, statutory financial reporting, or professional legal advice. Human underwriters are required to exercise independent professional judgment, verify raw documents, and comply with institutional lending policies.
Articles, masterclasses, formula guides, and educational materials published on creditcoreten.online/blog are created for informational and educational purposes only. References to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) circulars, the Income Tax Act (Sections 80C, 24b), or standard banking benchmarks reflect publicly accessible regulatory frameworks at the time of publication and must not be construed as definitive legal or financial counsel.
Under no circumstances shall CreditCore Ten, its founders, directors, employees, or technical partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from credit underwriting decisions, loan disbursements, loan defaults, calculation reliance, or software downtime.
